3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. The bidder must be an independent enterprise with legal business procedures from the People’s Republic of China or a country or region with normal trade contacts with the People’s Republic of China. 2. Manufacturers bid directly; An overseas manufacturing enterprise may participate in the bidding by its branches or its subsidiaries established within the territory of China to sell its products (deemed as manufacturing enterprises).
