3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. The bidder must be an independent enterprise with legal business procedures from the People’s Republic of China or a country or region with normal trade contacts with the People’s Republic of China.
2. Manufacturers bid directly; An overseas manufacturing enterprise may participate in the bidding by its branches or its subsidiaries established within the territory of China to sell its products (deemed as manufacturing enterprises). (5) The original letter of authorization of the person in charge of the unit, a copy of the ID card of the authorized client.
3.3 How to Apply: Apply online. This project will be carried out in accordance with online submission of materials, material review and provision of bidding documents.
